I have a ticket for Gällivare or Arvidjaur with Estonian Air, is it valid on NextJet flights?
Yes, as a co-operation, Estonian Air tickets to Gällivare and Arvidsjaur is still valid. Please note that these flights depart from Terminal 4.
What do I do with my stroller?
Strollers can be checked in at no extra cost. Read more.
Can I bring a child safety seat onboard or do I have to check it in?
Children under the age of two does not have a reserved seat. Due to this we can unfortunately not accept this as a carry on item.
What is the allowance for baggage? Checked in and carry on?
All our tickets allow one peice of checked in baggage, maximum 23 kilos, and one carry on luggage. The allowance for carry on luggage is 5 kilos and a maximum size of 45x35x20 cm. Our business tickets allow another piece of checked in baggage. Of course you can add extra baggage allowance for your trip. Please contact our call center on +46(0)771 90 00 90
Is there any catering onboard?
There is always a selection of meals and drinks for purchase onboard.
What about check in at Stockholm Arlanda?
Domestic: Terminal 3 and 4
The check in closes 30 minutes before departure.
During summer (4/7 to 7/8) flights to/from Örnsköldsvik will operate from Terminal 3.
International: Terminal 2
The check in closes 45 minutes before departure.
Does everyone need to show an id-card for check in?
Everyone travelling with checked in baggage need to show an id-card. If you are travelling with carry on luggage you can travel without an id-card.
I forgot my personal belongings on the aircraft, how can I get it back?
