We allow a maximum of two visually impaired passengers and their assistance dogs per flight. Passengers with wheelchair shall be prebooked and confirmed via our Callcenter on +46 (0) 771 90 00 90 or email@example.com. Wheelchairs are checked in at no extra charge and are exempt from the 23 kg standard baggage allowance. Maximum measure for the wheelchair is 80 x 50 x 70cm and maximum weight 50kg. For electrical wheelchairs special rules apply, please contact our Callcenter on +46 (0) 771 90 00 90 to confirm if yor device is allowed to bring onboard our flight. Certain batteries are not allowed to transport in the compartements onboard. Ground staff will assist boarding/deboarding the aircraft.
TRAVEL WITH OXYGEN
When travelling with Nextjet and need to bring oxygen we need to know this in advance. Contact our Callcenter on +46 (0) 771 90 00 90. It is only allowed to bring one bottle of oxygen, maximum 5kg. Liquid oxygen is forbidden to bring onboard.
Transport of deceased persons
Nextjet has no possibility to transport deceased persons. However, transporting urns is allowed if a copy of the death certificate and the cremation certificate accompanies the urn. The passenger transporting the urn must ensure that the urn is packed in a suitable way and that it is kept under the seat during the flight.
