Check in as you wish
When you are travelling with us there is several ways to check in. Choose the option that suits you best!
22 hours before departure until one hour before departure you can check in here.
You will automatically get an email with a link to our internet check in 22 hours before departure. In the web-check in your details are preset and when cheked in you can choose how to obtain the boarding card. You can get it either via mail or sms. Of course you can print it directly from the site.
VIA mobile phone
22 hours before departure a text message will be sent to the phone number you filled in when booking your trip. Follow the link in the text message to check in. When cheked in, you can choose if you want you boarding card as a mail or text message. If you did not fill out your phone number you can chek in via www.nextjet.se.
VIA check in machine
At some of our destinations there is check in machines. Type in your booking reference and surname to obtain your boarding card.
VIA Check in counter
Of course you can always check in at our check in counters. This is also where you will drop your checked in baggage.
Domestic flight departs and arrives at terminal 3
Flights to Örnsköldsvik, Gällivare and Arvidsjaur depart from terminal 4
International flights departs and arrives at terminal 2.
Check in opens:
For Terminal 2, check in opens 90 minutes before departure
For Terminal 3, check in is open from 5:30 am.
For Terminal 4, check in opens 90 minutes before departure.
Check in closes:
- 30 minutes before scheduled departure on domestic flights
- 45 minutes before scheduled departure on international flights
If you show up after the check in is closed your ticket may be considered expended.
Unaccompanied minors shall be checked in 1 hour before scheduled departure.
When you are travelling with only carry on luggage, and already checked-in (with your boardingpass readily aviable) head straight to the security and further to the gate. If you are travelling with checked in baggage, stop by at one of our check in counters to drop you baggage.
The passenger must be able show a passport or other valid ID-document (driver's license, passport or SIS-marked ID card) and present the booking reference (to be found in the booking confirmation e-mail) at any time during the journey. If the ID-document does not correspond with the name stated in the reservation, the passenger will be denied check-in. No refund is allowed at that time. Children under the age of 18 travelling with an adult with a valid photo ID doesn’t need to present their own photo ID.
