NextJet may refuse carriage of you and/or your luggage. The reasons for this may be that:
- Payment of the ticket and all applicable charges is not complete or the credit arrangement between NextJet and you (or the person or company who paid for your ticket) is not settled.
- Your travel documents or other documents such as passports or other identification documents are missing, is reported missing, shows signs of forgery or otherwise being invalid.
- Your behavior, physical or mental condition, or if the contents of your luggage could cause harm or distress to yourself or other passengers and/or members of the crew.
