if you have a ticket and a confirmed reservation, NextJet may deny you and your baggage to check-in or board the aircraft if any of the following circumstances have
occurred or we reasonably believe will occur:
That the complete ticket or part of it has not been paid for in time.
That you have not arrived at check-in and completed the check-in process before deadline or fail to arrive at the gate on time.
That one or several of the required documents that should be available at any time before or during your journey cannot or are refused to be shown to ground staff or air crew upon request.
That your physical or mental condition could cause damage or anxiety for him/herself or other passengers and crew.
That your behavior is unpleasant and there is a possibility that this could cause anxiety amongst other passengers.
That your baggage could materially affect the aircraft or cause disturbance or be a security risk for you or other passengers on board.
