
ALTERATION OF TIMES AND DATES FOR TRAVEL
NextJet will do its utmost to transport passengers and their luggage so expeditiously as possible to their final destination which is stated in our joint agreement.
The times announced in the timetable, the customer’s booking or elsewhere are not guaranteed by the airline. NextJet has the right to alter times and dates up to two weeks before the ordinary departure date. NextJet is therefore not liable to pay compensation or compensate for other costs concerning travel or overnight stays not included in our agreement, e.g. hotel nights.
When
timetables are altered, notification will be sent to the e-mail address provided
upon reservation or via telephone. It is important that the passenger provides
a valid e-mail address upon making the ticket reservation. NextJet is not
responsible if the e-mail does not reach the recipient’s inbox.
