PASSENGERS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
Passengers with special needs should inform NextJet’s Call Centre on +46 (0) 771 90 00 90. NextJet has no possibility to offer special care or nursing staff. Passengers in need of special care during the flight must therefore provide their own attendant.
BLIND PASSENGERS
NextJet can receive, at the most, two visually impaired passengers and their guide dogs per flight. All help is free of charge. Inform NextJet on +46 (0) 771 90 00 90 so that assistance can be approved. With special needs, e.g. if the passenger is both blind and deaf and unable to make the journey without special assistance, the passenger should even make a reservation for an attendant needed during the flight.
PASSENGERS WITH WHEEL CHAIRS
Wheel chairs must be checked in. They are free of charge even in cases of overriding the 20 kg weight allowance. The ground staff will supply all possible resources in order to help passengers to board the aircraft. Passengers with special needs must inform NextJet’s Call Centre on +46 (0) 771 90 00 90.
TRANSPORT OF DECEASED PERSONS
NextJet
has no possibilities to transport deceased persons. However, the transport of
urns is allowed if a copy of the death certificate together with a copy of the
cremation certificate accompanies the urn. The passenger who is transporting
the urn must ensure that the urn is packed in a suitable way and that it is
kept under the passenger’s seat during the flight. We recommend that the
handling agent at the airport is informed upon check-in.
