The traveller must show a passport or other valid ID-document (driver's license, passport or SIS-marked ID card) and present the booking reference (to be found in the booking confirmation e-mail) upon check-in and at any time during the journey. If the ID-document does not correspond with the name stated in the reservation, the passenger will be denied check-in. No refund is allowed at that time. Children under the age of 18 travelling with an adult with a valid photo ID doesn’t need to present their own photo ID.
It is the passenger’s responsibility to be checked in well in advance of the scheduled departure. If you arrive at check-in after closing your ticket is considered used and void. No refund is allowed at that time and it is not possible to re-book to another flight.
If you arrive at the gate after closing your ticket is considered used and void. Refund of the unused ticket and/or rebook to another flight is not allowed in those cases.
