
When delays occur follow NextJet’s EU regulations EU261/2004. These regulations are accessible on http://eur-lex.europa.eu
When delays exceed 2 hours the following applies:
NextJet will not take responsibility for lost hotel-nights, missed connecting flights with other carriers, lost working hours, the cost of car hire, journeys by taxi or other responsibility affecting a third party in the cases where the customer has separate travel documents. Journeys booked and paid for by NextJet’s special travel vouchers are exempt from these conditions.
