CHARGES AND CREDIT CARDS

NextJet does not charge extra for reservations made by credit cards.

TICKETLESS FLIGHTS

All NextJet flights are ticketless. When making a reservation on www.nextjet.se, the passenger receives all necessary flight information via e-mail, including reservation number and flight itinerary. The reservation number must be presented at the check-in counter together with a valid passport or an ID with photograph. When making a reservation via our Call Centre, Travel Agent Services or an independent traveling agent, the booking number will be given by them.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

NextJet only accepts reservations using a valid credit card. We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Dankort and Eurocard. NextJet does not accept payment with Scandinavian electronic cards. Cash payments may be made at travel agents or at airports. Stand-by tickets are always paid for by credit card at the airport.

BOOK YOUR JOURNEY

NextJet offers ticket reservations 24 hours a day on www.nextjet.se. A 20 SEK/2 EUR reservation fee per leg will be charged. When making a reservation through NextJet’s Call Centre, tel. +46 (0) 771 90 00 90, a 120 SEK/13 EUR reservation fee per passenger will be charged. It is also possible to make reservations through a traveling agent or at an airport that NextJet operates. NextJet offers youth stand-by tickets (as far as seating permits). When purchasing a stand-by ticket, your name will be indicated on a waiting acceptance list. This is done at the airport and payment is made in cash. A stand-by ticket costs 450 SEK and is available for passengers 12 years of age or older but not yet 26 years of age.

RULES FOR FLIGHT RESERVATIONS AND RE-BOOKINGS

Economy- and youth-/student fare tickets:

• Re-booking is allowed up to 1 hour before scheduled time of departure. A fee will be charged of 300 SEK per person and leg for domestic routes and 600 SEK per person and leg for international routes.
• Re-booking depends on space available and is only allowed within the same reservation booking designator and same destination as the original ticket.
• In case of a higher fare the difference between the fares will be charged.
• Name change is not permitted with this ticket.
  
• In case of illness, a doctors certificate for the ill passenger must be sent to callcenter@nextjet.se. If valid, full refund is permitted up until 1 hour before scheduled time of departure. Service charges will not be refunded.
• Child discount 50 % for children aged 2-11. Infants aged 0-2 travel for free in an adults knee.
• Accepted baggage allowance is 20 kg for checked baggage and 5 kg for hand baggage.
• Economy tickets are valid within 2 months from the original departure for each leg.
• Student fares are eligible to full time students upon presenting a valid student card from one of the following organizations: CSN, MECENAT or SFS. The student card must be presented together with a valid ID-card. Read more.
• Youth tickets are eligible for passengers 12 years of age or older but not yet 26 years of age.

Economy Flex- and senior fare tickets:

• Re-booking is allowed up to 1 hour before scheduled time of departure. A fee will be charged of 150 SEK per person and leg for domestic routes and 300 SEK per person and leg for international routes. Re-booking is not permitted to a destination other than that specified on the original ticket.
• In case of a higher fare the difference between the fares will be charged.
• Name change is not permitted with this ticket.
• Refundable with 75% of the ticket price if the ticket is canceled at least 1 hour before scheduled time of departure.
• Tickets not canceled at latest 1 hours prior to scheduled time of departure will be considered used. No refunds will be made on such tickets.
• In case of illness, a doctors certificate for the ill passenger must be sent to callcenter@nextjet.se. If valid, full refund is permitted up until 1 hour before scheduled time of departure. Service charges will not be refunded.
• Accepted baggage allowance is 20 kg for checked baggage and 5 kg for hand baggage.
• Economy Flex tickets are valid within 4 months from the original departure for each leg.
• Senior citizen fare is eligible for persons 65 years or older. Read more.

Full Flex-tickets:

• Re-booking and name change is permitted without charge.
  
• Full Flex tickets are refundable if canceled at least 1 hour prior to scheduled time of departure.
• Accepted baggage allowance is 30 kg for checked baggage and two pieces of hand luggage with a maximum weight of 5 kg per piece. No bag exceeding 23 kg will be accepted for carriage.
  
• Full Flex tickets are valid within 6 months from the original departure for each leg.

TAXES AND FEES

Taxes and fees are part of the flight ticket and are governed by authorities and airports. Taxes and fees may be changed after a reservation has been made without further notice.
