


What do I do with the pram?
Prams can be taken along without extra charge. Special bags for the pram can be purchased at most airports.
Can I take a child car safety-seat/carrycot in the cabin or must they be checked in?
Children below 2 years of age do not have their own seat; therefore, it is not possible to bring the car safety-seat on board.
What is my luggage allowance? Hold luggage? Cabin luggage?
Every passenger with a seat is allowed to check-in 20 kg free of charge. Luggage weight is controlled upon check-in and fees apply for excess luggage. The maximum weight for hand luggage is 5 kg.
Can I take my skiing equipment with me?
Yes. Ski equipment/Snowboards must be packed separately and only one ski equipment per package is allowed. One ski equipment contains of 1 set of skis, poles and ski boots alternatively one snowboard and one pair of snowboard boots. Ski equipment has to be reserved and paid in advance. The cost for ski equipment is 350 SEK/leg. Ski equipment is not accepted as standby-lugage.
What rules apply for standby tickets?
A standby ticket is available for those who are not yet 26 years of age. The ticket cannot be booked in advance but must be bought at the airport on departure when a valid identification document is shown. Cash payment applies.
Is there any food served on board?
Food and drinks may be purchased on board.
At which terminal at Arlanda must I check-in? When is the latest I may check-in?
Check-in takes place at terminal 3 at Arlanda. Check-in closes 30 minutes before departure.
At which terminal at Copenhagen must I check-in? When is the latest I may check-in?
Check-in takes place at terminal 2 at Kastrup. Check-in closes 45 minutes before departure.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
It may be possible to change the name on your ticket. Contact NextJet’s Call Centre or your traveling agency to be informed of the regulations that apply for you.
Will I be refunded if I have to cancel my booking and provide a doctor’s certificate?
It may be possible to get a refund when canceling a booking, irrespective of holding a doctor’s certificate. Contact your insurance company in order to see if you have the right to get compensated.
Is everyone obliged to present identification documents when checking in, even children?
As from
the 1st May 2006 we are, in accordance with the demands of the Swedish
Civil Aviation Board, obliged to carry out identification control of passengers
that carry checked luggage. Such passengers must provide valid identification
at the check-in counter and when boarding the aircraft. Children who travel
accompanied by adults are not required to show identification.
